Your saved encounter types were protected with your old password, and this computer can't unlock them. FastForward can't recover them for you.
If you have used FastForward on another computer, cancel and sign in there first — it can unlock them for you.
Otherwise, start again from the default encounter types. If you have a file from Save types..., you can bring them back with Import types....
